Who we are

Take Charge Assessment and Therapy was founded by senior industry professionals to meet the challenge of providing a high quality and reliable service to people with a disability, aged care customers, their carers and families. Our senior management team have worked within the disability sector since 2006 and have provided services directly to:

  • Individuals within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

  • National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)

  • Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC)

  • Education bodies across the country involved in managing disability programs

  • Delivery of ACAT assessments to NSW Health
