For individuals:

You register your interest via our web form below, or call us directly on 1800 TCTHERAPY (1800 828437) if you’d prefer not to use the web form.

No-obligation call
Within one business day after you register, our customer service staff will give you a call to discuss your individual requirements at your convenience.

Information provision
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll provide you with any information you need pertaining to our service.

Full discussion
We will discuss your individual
therapy requirements and what we can deliver prior to any service agreement being signed.
– 5 –
Service agreement
You will then receive a service agreement. This can be signed in person with our customer service staff, or electronically via a secure portal for your convenience.

Therapy plan
We will develop a ‘My Therapy Goals’ plan that is developed to meet your personal objectives
– 7 –
Services start
We will commence services in line with the schedule we’ve both agreed on.

Feedback welcome
You’re welcome to contact us at any time to give feedback, or ask us any questions about your therapy.
